I think it's very confusing, if you know what I mean. There's ads everywhere, smilies are too big, the forum is a bit unorganized and it just doesn't feel right, you know?

I'd suggest switching your forum to MyBB, which is a clean powerful software, that would give your forum a whole new look and feeling.
