Hi everyone.
Maybe some of you are not aware of the information you need to bring to a bank, or any financial institution when you want to apply for a loan.
Here I compiled a list with what's required generally by the banks, so if you take these items with you, then you may save an extra trip back to the bank.
Of course, it generally depends on the bank that you lodge your application with, so if, for instance, you are banking with them already, you don't need to bring anything, as they may have already have what they need.
But as a general information, you should take with you these documents when you go to any financial institution to apply for a loan:
---------------------------------------------------------
1. Take the bank statements for at least 3 consecutive months which shows all the income deposits made into your account
2. Bring a current payslip which confirms your annual income or the income you had for a period of at least 3 months
3. (optional, but good to have) income tax assessments made by the tax authority of your country showing your annual gross income for the last financial year
4. A current letter from your employer (signed), confirming your income details and your employment contract.
5. A proof of identity: this can be your passport or your driving license, or any card recognized as legal identity proof in your country
6. Additionally, you can bring your birth certificate, or marriage certificate, or your student ID(if you're a student of course), but keep in mind that these are so called "secondary type identity proofs".
7. You need to show a proof of your address, and this can be either a statement from another bank that you bank with, or a bill issued by a phone company or your electrical provider company.
I believe this is pretty much you need, I can't figure out what else would be necessary. If I remember I'll write back.
