Which is the best bank in the world?

How would anyone measure the performances of a bank, so that customers can decide which is the best bank to go to and deposit their money?

I've heard that in Asia for example, one of the best banks there to look at would be the Malayan Banking, as they are one of the fast growing banks in Asia, and their plans are to become the best bank in Malaysia in less than 5 years and undoubtedly, one of the top banks in Asia.

As a parenthesis, in order to achieve performance, there are many plans in place that a bank follows, but the core of all plans are these facts:

1. a bank must a have a very strong financial strategy, a flexible management across all it's branches.

2. the business must be expanded and having more franchises is one of the best ways

3. increase the capital: this can be achieved by providing lots of services for customers that involve the use of cards, like: debit cards, credit cards, charge cards (commercial and personal) which attract a whole lot of money by the interest they charge.
